CLICK HERE TO RECEIVE OUR NO OBLIGATION FIXED FEE PROBATE QUOTE

Will Drafters, in conjunction with its own unique UK panel of specialist solicitors, provides a nationwide, fixed fee, probate service for people - whether they have died with or without a Will - large estate or small.

Has a loved one died? Did they live local to you or is the distance a problem?

Wherever they lived, would you like help in sorting out some or all of their affairs, you choose - avoiding the stress, at a low-cost, value for money, fixed price with no upfront payment?

If so, request our fixed fee quote now. Saving you £100s, if not £1,000s, in legal fees!

If a loved one has died with assets of more than £5,000 then, if there is a Will, the executors must apply for a Grant of Probate or, if there is no Will, the next of kin must apply to the Courts for 'letters of administration'.

If you're in doubt as to whether you need a Grant of Probate then simply call us without obligation.

Thereafter, the form filling, letter writing, phone calls and general sorting out of someone's estate can be quite stressful and very time consuming, especially if there's a property to sell. However, everyone agrees that banks and solicitors charge far too much for probate work.

Now, Will Drafters aim to change all that. By using our nationwide panel of specialist solicitors and legal execs we can get the job done for you quickly, efficiently and, because of the large amount of probate work we do, at the best value-for-money price.

We comply with the Solicitors' Introduction and Referral Code published by the Law Society, and any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice.

99.9% of solicitors will not normally give you a fixed fee quote and neither will banks.

Often they quote a percentage of the estate varying between 1% and 5%, plus an hourly charge which is higher than some people earn in a week (usually between £200 to £300 per hour) - without committing themselves to how many hours, plus disbursements - whatever they are, and finally, plus another 17.5% for VAT on the whole, already huge, bill!

However, at Will Drafters, when you appoint us we don't ask you to sign a blank cheque. We will give you a fixed fee quote in advance and in writing.

We offer a fully inclusive fixed fee service with no hidden extras, no last minute surprises and nothing more to pay - guaranteed:

  1. We will beat any other written quote - guaranteed!

  2. No upfront payment required as our low-cost, fixed fee can be paid from the estate later.

  3. All probate work undertaken by a member of our nationwide panel of solicitors and legal execs.

  4. No awkward interviews needed with the Probate Office - we take care of all that for you.

  5. To save you even more time, inconvenience and worrying about things getting lost in the post, we will arrange, at a mutually convenient time, safe and secure hand-collection, at your door, of all important documents and paperwork.

  6. You choose how much of the work you want us to do - we can do it all or assist you with only part.

  7. House clearance, security visits, liason with estate agents and overall coordination of the house sale can also be included.

  8. Monies paid into your account or ours - you decide.

  9. Complex Inheritance Tax forms (now over 20 pages) and other forms completed.

  10. Advice on use of a Deed of Variation to save up to £125,000 inheritance tax on the estate (tax year 2008/09).

  11. Placing of advertisements for potential claimants - to protect the interests of the executors.

  12. Professional and reliable company - established 1990.

Life is stressful enough, isn't it? So, invest a few minutes of your time now and ask us for a no-obligation fully inclusive fixed fee quote (in writing) for our probate service. And, if you have lots of questions, then simply ask - all your questions will be answered quickly and courteously.
