What is the Will Drafters Affiliate Program?
The Will Drafters Affiliate Program allows you to place links on your Web site to one of the most successful Will writing
companies in the UK (over 90,000 satisfied clients since 1990), allowing your visitors and users the opportunity to read about the
importance of making a Will and the service we offer.
If a visitor to your web site visits our Web site and fills in the enquiry form requesting a brochure and subsequently buys either

How much will I get paid?
Will Drafters will pay you £30 for each enquiry that subsequently results in the sale of either a single Will or a joint Will (ie two Wills

Sub-Affiliates (that is those people introduced by you who also signed up as Affiliates.)

How and when will I get paid?
Will Drafters will pay you your commission within 21 days after the end of each month. Payment will be made straight into your bank
account by BACS (we will phone you for your bank details after you've signed up).
NOTE: No minimum commission is required before we pay you, as we are using the BACS system and
therefore our bank charges and administration costs are much reduced. In some affiliate schemes, if your commission does not reach say £30 or more,
the balance would be carried forward to the next month's commission total.

How will you track referrals from my site?
Each time a visitor comes to us from your site or Email, we are able to register that visitor with your Affiliate Number.
This will tell us they came from your site or Email and allow us to track them for up to 9,999 days from their initial visit!
We use 'My Affiliate Program' from Kowabunga Technologies to keep track of all referrals from and payments to our Affiliates.
Specially coded links on your site are how credit for the leads is tracked.

If an affiliate sale is not tracked, what could be the reason?
The only way an Affiliate lead does not get tracked is if the customer does not have cookies enabled in their browser. Cookies MUST
be enabled for the tracking to work correctly.

Don't I lose my commission if someone simply phones you instead?
Even telephone enquiries from people using our free phone 0800 number can be tracked back to you. We simply show on our web site your
Affiliate Number as a telephone extension number.
For example, say your Affiliate Number is 1002 then on our web site the person who has linked across from your site or Email will
see the words "Phone free on 0800 269 297 Extn. 1002." Then, should they phone us, we will take a note of the extension number
they quote and the commission for the lead enquiry will then be given to you.

What happens to my commission if someone simply sends you an Email?
Some visitors to our web site don't seem to notice the brochure request form at the bottom of our landing page. Consequently, people
sometimes enquire by Email by clicking on our Email address. But never fear, you will not lose your commission as our tracking software has
been designed to include your affiliate number in that person's Email "subject" field.
