Please note, however, that the following terms may change from time to time at the absolue discretion of Will Drafters. Commission rates shown are for example only and can be agreed at different levels and on a different basis for each individual affiliate.
Got a web site?
By simply linking your site to one of the most successful Will and probate companies in the UK, you can add value to your service, and generate revenue at the same time! You can even register your own interest in making a Will through the link on your site - a great way to get a rebate on your own Will!
To help you earn great commissions, we provide a whole range of both static and animated banners in most of the standard sizes - to view a selection click here. Over 20 text ads and topical articles relating to making a Will, varying from 15 to 500 words - all helping to increase your earnings per click ratio and, with a returns period of 9999 days, you just can't lose.
Do you do business face to face or via a call centre?
We are currently working with leads provided by Royal London, MoneySupermarket.com, a large number of IFAs, call centres and others.
So, whether you are a bank, building society, national newspaper, call centre, IFA network or an IFA working on your own, we have an earning opportunity that can be tailored to suit your organisation.
You can promote our Will writing service or, depending on your market sector, our high commission paying probate service. Please note that the following terms may change from time to time at the absolute discretion of Will Drafters.

Generous Revenue Share
For Wills - By joining the Will Drafters Affiliate Program, you can earn from £30 upwards for each enquiry that subsequently results in the sale of either a single Will or a joint Will (i.e. two Wills for a couple). For affiliates with potentially higher volumes and/or leads that convert more easily (saving my call centre time) then increased commission rates per sale may be negotiable.
Even if that person doesn't buy a Will right away you could still get paid. If they return to Will Drafters within 9999 days to buy a Will we will still pay you the full commission.
For Probate - For enquiries leading to the successful sale of a probate case (where we have administered the estate of a deceased person) we will pay the introducer, on completion, a commission of 15%. For affiliates with potentially higher volumes then increased commission rates may be negotiable.
Our fee income on each probate case can be up to £10,000 - with most being between £2,000 to £5,000. Therefore, your total earnings could average between, say, £300 to £700 per case.
Second Tier Commission Opportunity
For Wills - If you recommend the Will Drafters Affiliate Program to others and as a result someone becomes an affiliate from your recommendation, we give you £10 for every Will sale THEY generate - FOR LIFE! That can add up to a lot of extra commission for you each month.
For Probate - We will pay you a second tier commission of 10% of what the first tier affiliate earned.
Please note that your continued receipt of Second Tier Commissions may be subject to terms and conditions which may change from time to time and which are at the absolute discretion of Will Drafters e.g. subject to you earning a minimum amount of First Tier Commissions.
Third Tier Commission Opportunity
For Wills - If you recommend the Will Drafters Affiliate Program to others and as a result someone becomes an affiliate from your recommendation and then they too introduce someone then we will give you £5 for every Will sale THEY generate - FOR LIFE! That can add up to a lot of extra commission for you each month.
